Youth Bridge has two (2) State Department of Education certified classrooms where Residential Substance Abuse and Therapeutic Group Home clients can earn their high school diploma, GED or even college credit.

Clinical Treatment

The clinical treatment program includes evaluation and diagnosis, residential and outpatient counseling, family counseling, substance abuse counseling, group counseling, and drug screens. Behavior Management Intervention

Non-electronic monitoring includes intensive supervision of outpatient clients by their assigned case managers.  Youth Bridge also has developed crisis and safety plans to protect our clients.

Residential Services

Residential services include one emergency shelter, the state’s first Division of Youth Services (DYS) Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program for adolescents, a Therapeutic Group Home for adjudicated males, and three (3) a transitional living programs for homeless young adults, and a long-term program for Division of Children and Family Services clients. Programs vary in intensity and duration depending on each client's diagnosis/treatment needs.

Aftercare

After completion of a DYS mandated program, clients are referred to Youth Bridge for the development of an aftercare plan. Aftercare plans help to ensure clients reintegrate back into their home community in a pro-social manner.
