Youth Development Specialists to work in the Substance Abuse Residential Treatment Facility. Under supervision of the Shift Leader Youth Development Specialists perform various duties focused on providing residents with a normalized homelike environment that fosters the building of healthy relationships among their family, peers, and staff members. Youth Development Specialists are active members of the treatment team who are focused on implementation of individualized service plans.
